Commodity and Raw Material Monitoring

Out of the chip shortage in the 2020-2021 semiconductor crisis an idea was born at the Prewave HQ: We can leverage our supply chain data to go beyond monitoring single suppliers and instead monitor entire raw material supply chains as a whole. With this data we can provide an overview of the market, with risk and capacity data and industry disruptions.

Key highlights

Supply Chain Mapping and Tier-N Monitoring for Critical Raw Materials

Prewave combines three approaches to supply chain mapping

1. Public data
Sourced from public media
and international trade data

Multi-Tier Risk Monitoring Dashboard for the Global Semiconductor Supply Chain

Born out of the 2020 semiconductor crisis, we started to leverage our extensive knowledge of the semiconductor supply chains, encompassing more than 300 semiconductor device manufacturers, more than 100 fabs & foundries and more than 50 wafer manufacturers. Through Tier-N monitoring we are able to monitor the risk on all levels of the supply chain and give a real-time and historic overview of the risk and disruptions within the industry. This information is visualized on our dashboard, allowing for easy identification of issues and supply side development. Stay ahead of industry systemic risk and supply shortages with Prewave.
