Forced labour compliance software
With existing forced labour regulations tightening and new ones being introduced, you must map your exposure before the authorities do – or face blocked shipments, limited market access, fines, and more. Prewave helps you see which of your suppliers connect to entities with relations to forced labour, even in deeper supply chain tiers.
By Regulation
The same exposure data answers both.

UFLPA Compliance
Under UFLPA, goods with any link to Xinjiang are presumed made with forced labour, and the burden of rebutting that presumption sits with you, at the border, with evidence. Shipment records show whether your own supplier has been receiving goods from a watchlisted company, how far upstream that sits, and how much moved.

How it works
1. Screen
Collection Screening
You choose the suppliers and products worth screening and group them into a collection. Three CBP-sourced lists run on every analysis by default: the UFLPA Entity List, its affiliated sites, and Withhold Release Orders and Findings.
Sector lists layer on top when they match what you buy, and the analysis is re-run on the schedule you set.
)
2. Map
Exposure Analysis
The analysis does not stop at a name match. It follows shipment records from a blacklisted entity through intermediaries to your own supplier, showing how many tiers separate you, how many shipments moved between them, and the HS codes of what moved.
)
3. Predict
Predicted Exposure
Predictions flag entities that share the patterns of already-listed ones, before any public list names them. Over 200 exposure cases have surfaced this way ahead of any sanctions list or NGO report. They are flagged as predictions, not confirmed customs findings.

Questions
Everything you need to know.
- Yes. Prewave screens suppliers and indirect business partners against the UFLPA Entity List and related sanctions and forced-labor risk indicators, mapping exposure beyond Tier 1 suppliers to catch risk hidden further upstream.
