As our customer base is rapidly growing, we are now looking for a technical Customer Success Engineer to improve and streamline the journey of our customers like Audi, Porsche, Volkswagen, KTM, Kärcher and many others.
As part of our customer success team, you will work closely with our customers to identify areas of improvement and automation along their journey from onboarding to ongoing usage. Based on those insights you will implement tools, analytics and features that continuously improve their experience and satisfaction.
